How do I enter?
All you need to do to enter is simply leave an honest review of our product(s) on the platform you purchased from. We believe in transparency, so please note that an honest review qualifies you for entry into our lottery, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to leave a review or did not purchase from us, you can enter by providing your feedback through our contact form on our website. This alternative entry requires answering a skill-testing question about our products, which must be answered correctly to complete the entry.
Skill-testing question: To enter, please answer the following question correctly:
“What is the main difference between milk kefir and water kefir?”
Once you leave your review or complete the alternative entry form with the correct answer to the skill-testing question, send us a message with a screenshot or a copy of the review (if applicable). This allows us to verify that the reviews are valid and meet the honesty requirement.
We will send you a response stating that we have received your entry and give you your entry number. We will never contact you to pressure you to change your review in our favour, as we consider this dishonest. The only reply you will receive is an entry number. Please check your spam folders if you don’t see a response from us within a day.
What if I have a negative review?
If you have questions or run into issues, please contact us so that we can help get things right. However, if you still feel dissatisfied, you are free to enter the contest with a negative review. We stand by our integrity and welcome all feedback—whether positive or negative. A negative review does not affect your entry or selection, and it remains eligible for prizes.
How many entries can I have?
You can have multiple entries if you order different products. For example, if you ordered milk kefir grains and then ordered water kefir, you can have two entries by leaving two reviews or by using the alternative entry method for each product.
If you order multiples of one product in one purchase, you can only leave one review. So, if you order two packages of milk kefir grains in one purchase, you can only leave one review for milk kefir grains. However, if you purchase more milk kefir grains at a later time, you may leave another review.
Deadlines for entry
Due to the nature of fermented products lasting so long, there are no specific deadlines for entry. You may enter at any time, as long as you have purchased our products in the past or use the alternative entry method. Each entry is valid for the month it is submitted, regardless of when you purchased the product. For example, if you purchased in June but leave a review or enter through our alternative method in December, your entry will be valid for the December drawing.
How are the winners selected?
Once we receive a message with proof of your review or alternative entry form submission, we will email you with an entry number. At the end of each month, we will randomly select a winner using a simple, documented process to ensure fairness.
When will the winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on the first of the following month. For example, if you entered in November, the winners will be announced on December 1st.

Important
You have two weeks to claim your prize after the drawing. After this period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. To avoid missing out, please contact us as soon as possible if you are a winner!
